Involved in the case about the murder of activist Catherine Gandzyuk Igor Pavlovsky third time did not attend the session of the Primorsky district court of Odessa.

“Neither Pawlowski nor the lawyer in court was not. (Maxim – UNIAN) Boldin, Pavlovsky’s lawyer, sent a petition asking to postpone (the hearing – the UNIAN), arguing that Pavlovsky is on treatment”, – said the lawyer.
According to her, the meeting was moved to 15.00 on 15 October.

On suspicion in participation or complicity in the attempted murder Gandzyuk was detained six people. In August from-under guards have released one of the suspects.
7 may 2019, the Prosecutor General’s office sent to court indictment against five defendants in the case about the murder of activist: Nikita Grabchuk, Uladzimir Vasyanovicha, Vyacheslav Vishnevsky, Sergei Torbin and Viktor Gorbunov.
On 6 June a court declared them the sentences. The organizer of the run for the attempted murder of Gandzyuk Torbin sentenced to 6 years and 6 months imprisonment. The perpetrator of Grabchuk got 6 years in prison. Accused of aiding vasyanovych and Gorbunov was sentenced to 4 and 3 years imprisonment respectively, the accomplice Wisniewski received 4 years imprisonment.
In the case of murder Gandzyuk appear earlier judged citizen Alexei Levin (is in the international search), Chairman of the Kherson regional Council Vladislav Munger and former assistant people’s Deputy from “BPP” Nikolay Palamarchuk Pavlovsky.
Public activists believe that the murder Gandzyuk involved a former Chairman of the Kherson regional state administration Andrey Gordeyev, the former Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Eugene Reduc.
In early July it became known that Pawlowski will be judged in Odessa. In August, the PGO said that Pavlovsky has signed an agreement with the investigation, but its essence is not disclosed.
16 Aug Pavlovsky and his lawyer did not attend the session of the Primorsky district court of Odessa, the meeting was moved to August 22. On 22 August they also came to the court, the meeting was moved to October 3rd.
