Suspected of committing a fatal accident in Odessa region detained
KIEV. September 24. UNN. The Kiev district court of Odessa chose a measure of restraint for the driver of a truck suspected of committing a fatal road accident in the Odessa region as a result of which 9 people died. About this UNN reports quoting the press service of the court.
“Having considered the request of law enforcement, the investigating judge granted it. The suspect elected a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days without possibility of bail”, — stated in the message.
Also, according to the investigation, on September 21 the driver of the truck DAF has carried out transportation of the goods (sunflower oil) from Odessa in the black sea.
“Moving down the highway N-33 Odessa — Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi — Monashi, the man grossly violated the Rules of the road”, — stated in the message.
Recall that in the accident the collision of a crowded people on the minibus and a truck killed nine people.
As reported UNN, Zelensky instructed the government to take control of the investigation of a fatal accident in Odessa oblast and Zhytomyr.
