The court of appeal of the Odessa region will continue tomorrow started today consideration of the appeal of the owner of the Odessa hotel “Old Tokyo” Vadim Black, fire which claimed nine lives, about cancellation of the decision on his detention. About it the correspondent was reported to UNN in the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

“Today was considered by the appeal (Vadim Black about cancellation of the decision of the court on the measure of restraint in form of detention — ed.). Heard the defense, objection by the prosecution — was adjourned will continue on August 28 at 10:00,” — said the press service.

According to her, tomorrow will begin the final part of the review.

Recall, the Kiev district court of Odessa satisfied the petition of the public Prosecutor about election of a measure of restraint to the owner of the Odessa hotel “Old Tokyo” Vadim Black, fire which claimed nine lives.

As reported UNN, the police detained Vadim Black after a fire in the hotel “Tokyo Star”, which killed nine people. Subsequently, the owner of the hotel in Odessa Prosecutor’s office declared suspicion.
