The Ukrainians gave tips on how to protect yourself from hepatitis b or C during a manicure
KIEV. August 20. UNN. The Ukrainian gave advice on how to choose a manicure to not get during the procedure not only neat nails, but the infection of hepatitis b or C. About this UNN reports quoting the press service of the Center for public health of Ukraine in Facebook.
When choosing a place, remember:
• selling points in shopping malls and transitions hardly have the necessary equipment to sterilize metal tools, and no guarantee of a clean work environment due to the large flow of people;
• disposable nail files and buffs your protection, and you have a right to see them unpacked before the session;
• all multiple instruments should be sterilized in an autoclave or at least a hot-cupboard (it gives a lower level of treatment);
• ultraviolet light is used exclusively for the storage of sterilised instruments and does nothing for their treatment.
Recall that in the public health Center of Ministry of health of Ukraine has no information about the number of people newly infected with HIV and hepatitis C and B via cosmetic procedures for 2018, however, HIV not due to other medical interventions were received by three persons.
