The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the list of commissioners on the implementation of social benefits of banks to 34. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine.

“The government has extended the list of banks through which Ukrainians can get Montesilvano subsidy. This may be one of the 34 authorized banks on the implementation of social benefits”, – stated in the message.

From October of the current year to pay the subsidy in cash will be local bodies of social protection of the population.

For this Pension Fund will provide payment details (accounts in authorised banks or postal details), which the pensioners receive pensions.

Those citizens who have not yet retired will be able to receive a subsidy as previously opened account in “Oshchadbank”, and in another banking institution. It is necessary to contact with the corresponding statement the Department of social protection and provide details of the account in the authorized Bank, in which there is a desire to receive the subsidy in cash.

Subsidiary who do not have accounts in the authorized banks, to provide information on payment details will receive a monetised subsidy via Ukrposhta to the address specified when applying for the subsidy.

Those who are designated non-cash form of assistance and that households with debts for utilities – will receive the subsidy only through “Oschadbank”.

The winter subsidy from Department of social protection will begin to count in October on the basis of income received in 1-2 blocks 2019.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman at the end of 2018 said that 100% of subsidies for housing and communal services in 2019 will be monetized.

As of April of 2019, around 90% of recipients monetizirovat subsidies paid for the consumed services to the CP “Kievteploenergo”.

During the same period, 62% of recipients monetizirovat subsidies in Kiev has paid for services in water supply and sanitation “Kyivvodocanal”.

In may, Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman said that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to gradually monetise all existing benefits – for example, the monetization of the utilities subsidies.
