The economic court of Kyiv dismissed the case on the bankruptcy of PJSC “Centrenergo”. This decision was taken today, August 19, reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to the relevant document.
“Guided by p. 4-3 final and transitional provisions of the law of Ukraine “On restoring debtor’s solvency and Declaration of bankruptcy” the Economic court of Kiev decided to satisfy the petition of the state property Fund of Ukraine and to close the proceedings in case of bankruptcy of PJSC “Centrenergo”, – stated in the decision of the court.
The decree comes into force immediately after its announcement.
