The Deputy commander of the Combined forces of Bohdan Bondar has declared that the Russian Federation pulls to the border with Ukraine for more troops, reports “Диалог.UA”.
“It is in the direction of Kharkiv and here, closer to Mariupol. We can see a certain deployment,” said major-General.
According to Cooper, Russia during the war in Donbass was built near the Ukrainian border, a powerful military infrastructure, including additional polygons and rail links.
“They built a military infrastructure, in order to be able in a short time to carry out the redeployment of forces and means, including in certain areas,” added Cooper.
