KIEV. May 27. UNN. In fact the events on the territory of the penal colony in Odessa initiated criminal proceedings. This was announced by the Department of communication GUNP in Odessa region, reports UNN.

“In the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations information submitted under article 392 (actions disorganizing operation of institution of execution of punishments) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

So, to stabilize the situation which has developed on the territory of penal institutions in Odessa, established a headquarters consisting of representatives of various power structures.

“Currently the situation is fully controlled by law enforcement. The instigators of the unrest is isolated, the prisoners are being negotiated,” commented police.

According to preliminary information, during the event received injuries to four workers of the colony, they had medical care. No fatalities.

“After localization of the fire resulting from the ignition of the car, will start the investigative team of the police,” said police.

We will remind, in Odessa there was a fire on the territory of the southern penal colony № 51.
