KIEV. May 1. UNN. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko dismissed Deputy Secretary of the security Council Andrei Vtyurin for “misconduct, defamatory rank soldier”. A decree on Wednesday published on the national legal portal, reports UNN.

“In accordance with article 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide: for misconduct, defamatory rank of the soldier, to release the Colonel Vtyurin, Andrei Alexandrovich from the post of Deputy state Secretary of the security Council of the Republic”, – said in the decree.
