Another resignation trump: Deputy attorney General resigned after an investigation Muller

KIEV. April 30. UNN. First Deputy Minister of justice and attorney General of the USA Rod Rosenstein, who actually oversaw the investigation of Russia’s intervention in the American elections in 2016, sent on Monday, us President his resignation. It is reported by UNN with reference to the newspaper The Wall Street Journal, which reviewed the request about the resignation of Rosenstein.
“The average tenure in office of the Deputy attorney General is 16 months, and few people remain there longer than two years. I’m filing my resignation on may 11,” – noted in the document.
“I am grateful to you (Trump) for the opportunity to work (in the Washington administration), for the courtesy and humour that you often demonstrate in our personal conversations, as well as on the goals you set in his inaugural speech: patriotism, unity, security, education and prosperity,” wrote Rosenstein.
In his letter the Deputy Minister also mentioned the progress made by the Agency. “Productivity has increased, and crime has fallen,” he said.
While the WSJ notes that the Deputy attorney General was able to establish a relationship with trump.

According to the newspaper, Rosenstein have long planned to leave his post, but was waiting for the final report of the Commission Muller at the request of his immediate supervisor, William Barr.
According to CNN, the Race of Rosenstein actually oversaw the investigation of Russian interference in American elections after the forced withdrawal of former U.S. attorney General – Jeff sessions, who led the post until the appointment in early 2019, the William Barr.

Recall, the very Nielsen resigned on 8 April, she left her post on April 10. According to the information portal Axios, trump was unhappy with Nielsen due to the lack of a clear position in the migration question. As reported UNN, earlier, government trump held a series of resignations that began in December of 2018, when the Pentagon chief Jim Mattis has resigned amid reports about his disagreement with trump, including the latter’s decision to withdraw troops from Syria. Later, trump refused full withdrawal of American troops from that country.
