The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, declares about blocking competition for the selection of the head of the State tax service of Ukraine claims the former head of the State fiscal service (GFS) Roman Nasirov and former head of the State tax administration in Kharkiv region, Stanislav Denisyuk in the District administrative court of Kyiv.

“Is a large-scale attack on the competition for the selection of heads of tax and customs services… We know that in District administrative court of Kiev has filed a statement of claim regarding the stopping another contest for the vacant post of head of the State tax service”, – UNIAN reported in the Ministry of Finance, reminding that last week the court has blocked the competition for the selection of the head of the State customs service.
According to the Finance Ministry, the initiators of these locks in court were the former head of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov and “sympathetic person”: MP Andrew Antonischak (in which claim was suspended the competition for the head of customs – UNIAN), former head of the Kharkiv tax administration Stanislav Denisyuk.
“Their strategy is based around the protection of the rights of Mr. Nasirov relative to reinstatement SFS head”, – stressed in the Ministry of Finance.
However, the Ministry of Finance said the lack of grounds to stop holding these contests, as the relevant government orders the start of the search heads of tax and customs do not violate any rights of any of the applicants.
In this regard, the government will use all legal possibilities for protection of competition, in particular, has already filed a petition for annulment of a court decision to stop the competition for the selection of the head of the Customs service.
As reported the UNIAN, on April 17, the District administrative court of Kyiv at the suit of the people’s Deputy from the faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko” Andrey Antonescu suspended the competition for the selection of the head of the State customs service banned the Commission on senior civil service to conduct this competitive selection.
Earlier District administrative court of Kiev refused ex-GFS Nasirova in the suspension of tenders for selection of heads of tax and customs services.
Earlier, the Commission on senior civil service has identified three candidates for the posts of heads of the state tax and customs services. In particular, candidates for the post of head of the tax service were the Deputy Minister of Finance Sergey Varlamov, Executive Director of the company “Standart-audit” Dmitry Alekseenko, Deputy justice Minister Sergei Petukhov.
Candidates for the post of head of the customs service became the rector of the University of customs and Finance Eugene Garmash, first Deputy Minister of economic development and trade Maxim and Nefedov head of public organization “Center for digital economy development” Andrey Savarez.
Reference to UNIAN. In December 2018 the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision to reorganize the State fiscal service of Ukraine by means of its division into national tax and customs service.
According to the Memorandum on a new program of cooperation of Ukraine with the International monetary Fund, the reorganization process of the SFS to be completed by the end of April of the current year.
