“April 10 at 13:28 in service of rescue reported the accident, which occurred at the entrance to a petrol station at Shevchenko str., 9 Kharkov city. The driver of the fuel truck pulling up to the gas station, did not consider the angle of elevation at the entrance, resulting in caught on the drain valve of the tank with asphalt. The fuel tank started to leak on the roadway,” – said in the message.
