In Ukraine came into force the law on reducing deficit of scrap metal
KIEV. 5 APR. UNN. In Ukraine came into force the law “On amendments to section II “Final and transitional provisions” law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of the deficit of ferrous scrap in the domestic market”, reports UNN.
In Ukraine came into force the law “On amendments to section II “Final and transitional provisions “law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of the deficit of ferrous scrap in the domestic market.”
The document provides for the renewal of a duty on the export of scrap metal over the border to 58 euros per tonne for a further three years to eliminate the deficit within the country.
As reported UNN, the Law On amendments to the section II “Final and transitional provisions” law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of the deficit of ferrous scrap in the domestic market” was published in the official parliamentary newspaper “Voice of Ukraine”.
Recall President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on amendments to the law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of the deficit of ferrous scrap in the domestic market.”
The Verkhovna Rada adopted in first reading a bill to reduce the deficit of ferrous scrap, which provides for the effect of export duties on scrap metal. For this decision voted 234 people’s deputies.
