About it reports Department of communications Department of National police in the Kharkiv region. “On the evening of March 31 in the Industrial Department of the police received a phone call from a citizen who stated that he was attacked and asked for help. The man also stated the address of their residence. The call immediately was directed investigative team, however, EN route, police received another call from the same citizen, who said that waiting for the police in another part of the district. So within 20 minutes, the man made several calls to the police, and each time called a new address”, – stated in the message.

During the last call he said that long waits for help and threatened to undermine the administrative building of the Industrial Department of the police.

To check this information at the scene left a special service. Experts-bomb experts inspected a 5,000 sq. m of premises and adjacent territory, evacuated 8 police officers. Any explosives they found.

On this fact investigators opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 259 of the Criminal code (“knowingly false report about threat of safety of citizens, destructions or damages of objects of property”).

During the work on establishing all the circumstances of the accident made the decision to close this criminal proceeding with the selection of materials for verification of whether the activities of the person of signs of an administrative offense under article 183 of the Code of Ukraine (“obviously false call of special services”) on administrative offences. The sanction of article provides for a fine of 3 to 7 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
