KIEV. April 1. UNN. About two o’clock, in the village of Kuchurgan, 31-year-old driver of the car “BMW-X5” has hit two women who were on the side of the road. One died on the spot. About it UNN reported with reference to the division of communications of the police in the Odessa region.

“About two o’clock, 31-year-old driver of the car “BMW-X5″, moving along one of the streets of S. Kuchurgan, made arrival on two women who were walking on the side of the road. The scene the driver fled,” – said in the message.

The malefactor left the car near the neighboring village, and he walked home, where he was detained by employees of police.

It is noted, according to the results of the medical examination the man was intoxicated.

At present the malefactor is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of traffic safety) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The investigation is continuing.
