KIEV. March 31. UNN. As of 12:00 one plot in Odesa oblast (Izmail) is still not working. This was announced by the Director of the Department of communication of the Ministry of internal Affairs Artem Shevchenko during a briefing, the correspondent of UNN.

“12:00 remains unopened one area in the Odessa region – there are some problems with matching numbers to the numbers of the seals”, – said Shevchenko.

According to him, today was hooliganism on the land in the town of Borzna in Chernihiv region where the person tried to set fire to the voting booth.
