The judge was caught on a bribe / photo ssu.gov.acegodd in Odessa when receiving a bribe of 2,5 thousand dollars, was detained the judge Malinovsky district court.
As reported the UNIAN in management of SB of Ukraine in Odessa region, the staff of intelligence service together with the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office and the National anti-corruption Bureau was exposed for bribing a judge of one of district courts of Odessa.
Operatives of the intelligence service established that in the production of judges in 2017 was the claim of the individual to one of the joint-stock companies for annulment of decisions on the allocation of residential apartments.

However, the case was not considered on the merits of more than two years, of which the owner of the dwelling could not dispose of their privatized apartment. As noted, in February this year she went to Malinovsky district court of Odessa with a claim for disqualification of this judge.
“Employees of security service of Ukraine documented that in March, in a private conversation, the judge brought the claim for payment of unlawful benefit in the amount of 2.5 thousand dollars for decision-making in the interests of the owner. The judge caught red-handed while obtaining all sum of a bribe”, – reported in management.
In the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under part 3 St. 368 (bribery) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, continue the urgent investigative actions.
