The Department of housing services of Kharkiv city Council signed an agreement on 11 million UAH, KP “Kharkiv repair-construction enterprise” on pruning and removal of trees.
About it reports the Kharkov anti-corruption center with reference to the portal of e-procurement ProZorro. According to open sources, immediately after signing the agreement, the contract amount was reduced to 7.9 million UAH, reports Kharkiv Today.
According to documents accompanying the transaction, the contractor agrees until December 31, 2019 to eliminate 4150 m3 of timber. Note also that 25% of all trees that are to be demolished, have a trunk diameter of 80 cm.
According to information from open sources, the only competitor of the company-the winner was the company “Prestizh STROJJ SERVIS”. We will note that earlier the firm appeared in the investigation of the Kharkiv anti-corruption centre and it is linked with the Deputy Director KP “HRSP” Igor Shkurko. According to HATZ, the Director of this municipal enterprise, Simon, an Orphan, appears in the proceedings as a suspect in the case on embezzlement of budget funds.
