Russia convicts transferred from the Crimea will temporarily place in Kharkov

KIEV. March 17. UNN. Prisoners from the occupied Crimea, which is today the Russian Federation was transferred to Ukraine, will temporarily place in the Kharkiv institution of corrections No. 27, where there will be additional identification transferred to people, reports UNN with reference to the press service of the Ministry of justice.

“Inmates temporarily placed in the Kharkiv institution of corrections No. 27, where there will be additional identification of the transferred employees. After that, in accordance with the requirements of article 533 of the Criminal procedure code of Ukraine, they will be distributed among penal institutions. The allocation decision be made on the basis of the place of residence of convicted persons and their social relations”, – stated in the message.

As reported UNN, Russia handed over to Ukraine from places of serving of punishments in Crimea anneksirovat 12 inmates.
