According to the document, the defense requires the repeal of a sentence of the Kiev district court of Kharkiv, because he believes it “biased, illegal, unreasonable, contrary to the norms of procedural rights and freedoms of the individual”. The appeal was submitted to the Kharkiv court of appeal.
