The UK’s permanent representative to the UN Karen pierce, speaking of the report of the OPCW on the Syrian Duma, and Moscow’s reaction to him, described the Russian science as retarded.

“Report of the Duma — this is important because it is made of distinguished international experts through a large number of vehicles, and we know that Russian is not liked, and this is another example of Russian science level “the earth is flat”, — quotes the diplomat RIA Novosti.
According to her, in Russia, “don’t pay attention to aliens and their experience, as well as the comprehensive nature of what made the OPCW experts”.
Pierce urged Russians not to make the report “garbage.”
On 1 March, the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons issued a report with the results of the investigation of the incident in the Duma. The experts came to the conclusion that used a toxic chemical, likely chlorine.
The Russian foreign Ministry said that the aim of the report might be a justification of the attacks of the West on Syria. According to the foreign Ministry, the results of the investigation will be re-used for the reinforcement of unfounded accusations against Damascus.
