20 December 2018, it was reported that the U.S. Treasury extended the deadline for completion of transactions in shares, debt instruments, and contracts with “GAZ Group” to 7 March 2019.

In late January, the U.S. Treasury Department reported that removes sanctions against Russian companies En+, RUSAL and EuroSibEnergo.
