Local residents of the state of Bolivar on the border of Venezuela during the protests captured General of the National guard of the country of Jose Miguel Montoya. This was announced by the Deputy of the National Assembly Americo de Gracia.

As reported RIA Novosti, two people were killed and another 22 were injured in clashes the army and the Indian population in the village of San Francisco de Yuruani.
