The court continued the hearing on A. Ephraim

KIEV. March 16. UNN. Starobilsk district court of the Luhansk region continued its consideration of the merits of criminal proceedings concerning ex-the head of the faction “Party of regions” Alexander Efremov, correspondent UNN.

The judge announced the continued hearing.

As reported UNN, earlier the court has satisfied the petition of the prosecution to extend the period of detention ex-the head of the faction “Party of regions” Alexander Efremov till 28 APR 2017 G.

Recall that the GPU Yefremov accuses of committing a number of crimes, namely committing treason (part 1 of article 111 of the criminal code), committing a deliberate action to change the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine with violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, committed by a person who is a representative of the authorities, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, which led to serious consequences (part 3 of article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine), organizational and other assistance in the establishment and activities of the terrorist organization “LNR” (part 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code Ukraine), organization of capture of the building, which ensures the operation of public authorities (Luhansk regional state administration) (part 3 of article 27, article 341 of the criminal code) and aiding in the capture of the building, which ensures the operation of public authorities, of USBU in the Luhansk (part 5, article 27, article 341 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
