In Kiev, detained a group of persons headed by the former head of the Department of the National police of Ukraine on suspicion of selling official information from the databases of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the country.

About it informs the press service of the interior Ministry.
“The former head of one of the police departments in the beginning of 2018 retired and set up a scheme of illegal enrichment through the illegal intervention in work of the automated systems of the Ministry of interior and NEC and illegal use of the information with limited access”, — stated in the message.
It is noted that the suspect for access to classified information have attracted the police. Other participants of the criminal community were ex-police.
The interior Ministry added that the information is sold to collection agencies, private enterprises, banking institutions, and any other solvent persons.
According to the Ministry, the proceeds ex-official of national police purchased nine apartments in Kiev.
Earlier, the Ukrainian interior Ministry employees staged a flash mob dedicated to the nationalist Stepan Bandera.
