In Odessa will be judged medic ambulance for ignoring the call

KIEV. 15 Feb. UNN. In Odessa will be judged medic ambulance, and ignored calling the police because of the poor health of the person who passed away. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

As reported by Advisor to the chief of GU NP in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak in January last year, the patrol police arrived to the train station, where walking around half-naked people in inadequate condition.

Police called an ambulance, but she didn’t get to the place and stood nearby. One of the patrol went to doctors and said, where is the man who needed help, but “soon” has not budged.

Patrol waiting for the medics began to help the patient and had begun CPR, but he died. After that the ambulance arrived to pronounce him dead men.

Police found that doctors ignoring legitimate demands, were drunk. Detained them.

Against a drunk doctor opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 139 – failure to assist a patient medical professional that resulted in the death of the patient or other grave consequences. The Prosecutor’s office of Odessa sent the case to court.

Earlier UNN reported that in Odessa began the investigation into the death of the injured man, the ambulance drove to the hospital.
