In the Kharkiv region were kidnapped and tortured teenagers under the guise of treatment

KIEV. 30 Jan. UNN. In the Kharkiv region exposed group kidnaps people were forcibly detained in a private house, where they were tortured under the guise of treatment. According to the detained organizer of the kidnapping, it was a “rehabilitation centre”, reports UNN with reference to the Prosecutor’s office.

The suspects were taken from the kidnapped people personal belongings, money and phones, and then corrected to a “rehabilitation center” in a rented house. The victims were restrained by threats and force.

Just was abducted 25 people, among them two underage girls, 15 and 17-year-old and 17-year-old boy.

Kidnapped was not able to get out of the building and had to follow certain rules, and in case of disobedience or attempt to escape they were tortured: beaten, kept in cold water or in an unheated room, etc.

Detained one of the organizers of “the centre”, he faces up to 10 years in prison. Others involved in kidnapping and torture established by the investigation.

Recall the “rehabilitation center” was closed in November last year in the region. It was forcibly held dozens of people who were given unknown drugs .
