At the shipyard in Tuzla on the Asian side of Istanbul, a fire occurred from-for gas leaks while working on the ship LR2 POSEIDON under the Hong Kong flag. Two workers were killed. Eleven – suffered burns. This writes the Sabah.
The condition of two victims is estimated as heavy.
The fire is localized. It is known that during unloading, the ship experienced an explosion, then the deck was engulfed in flames.
