KIEV. 27 Jan. UNN. In the Kharkov area the man sold to a friend 100 liters of water under the form of diesel fuel. It is reported by UNN with reference to the National police in Kharkiv region.
“The message on incident arrived in a call center Zachepilovka police departments from 64-year-old resident of the district on January 22. During a pretrial investigation it is established that the victim had purchased from his friend about 100 liters of diesel fuel. Because the canister was out of fuel and had a characteristic odor, the applicant did not have any doubt regarding your purchase. The man discovered the fraud when they decided to fill the tractor”, — stated in the message.
Police officers identified the personality of the offender. They were 29-the summer local who in a fraudulent way decided to earn money.

“The investigation opened criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 190 (fraud) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment under the sanction of article provides restriction of freedom for up to 3 years”, — stated in the message.
