The attorney General of abuse of judge A. Emelyanova some economic cases were rigged

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the Prosecutor’s office has enough evidence of abuse to judges, including judges of the Supreme economic court of Arthur Emelyanov, which led to thousands of falsified economic Affairs. This he said today in an interview with TV channel “ZIK”, reports UNN.
“The judge Emelyanov is not just a judge. The judge Emelyanov is one of those two judges, that during the time Yanukovych was considered to be architects of a registered referee’s decisions,” he said.
Lutsenko said that the Prosecutor’s office has evidence of abuse of two judges, including A. Emelyanov. “We believe that several thousand court decisions on commercial cases were falsified. It is not just the responsibility of this judge, it will be determined by the court, but also the ability to view all those solutions,” he said.
The attorney General also noted that even without the story A. Yemelyanov, the Prosecutor’s office has the technical ability to determine which cases were falsified.

As previously reported UNN, on 18 October, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine declared suspicion to the judges of the Supreme economic court of Ukraine Arthur Emelyanov and Victor Tatikawa who are accused of committing crimes under part 2 of article 376, part 2 of article 376-1 of the criminal code.

Along with a measure of restraint for A. Emelyanov is a duty not to leave Kiev region, report change of residence, to refrain from communicating with witnesses in criminal proceedings and to take possession of the documents granting the right to departure from Ukraine.
In addition, the Prosecutor’s office twice asked the court to pay the state income collateral, which paid A. Emelyanov, a volume of 1,5 million UAH due to the fact that he has not handed over the investigating a second passport. The prosecutors also asked to increase the collateral for the suspect, the first time in 5 million, and the second to 7 million UAH. However, the court did not find grounds for this.
