In Kharkov will judge suspected of murder and cannibalism
KIEV. 21 Jan. UNN. The court sent the indictment against two men suspected of committing murder, dismemberment and cannibalism. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region.
“The Prosecutor’s office sent in the Ordzhonikidzevsky district court of Kharkov indictment against suspects in the murder committed with special cruelty on preliminary arrangement (item 4, 12 h. 2 articles 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine)”, – stated in the message.
According to investigators, the incident occurred in early October of last year. Then the father with the son, 41 and 20 years, met on the street with the future victim and invited him to her house. Over a glass of 45-year-old guest said that in the past he worked as a militiaman. This aroused the suspicions of his father, as he had previously had problems with the law. Therefore, the drunk relatives decided to kill the man.
“While the father beat the victim with a knife, the son firmly held the victim, so he couldn’t resist. After hard punishment men dismembered the dead body and took part in the food. Besides, they were greeted with a “dish” local homeless”, – reported in Department.
According to the testimony of the suspects, the traces of the crime they hid immediately. Only a few days after the murder they carried the body and threw it in the basement of the nearest house.
“Get rid of the body of men forced return from the country of his grandfather, who also lived in the apartment. Head they throw not in time, she found police on the balcony of the apartment,” – noted in Prosecutor’s office.
Now both men are in custody. According to article penalties they face life imprisonment.
As UNN said the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office, the hearing in the criminal proceedings scheduled for today in the Ordzhonikidze district court.
