Bills for gas increased at fault Firtash and energy – “Naftogaz”

KIEV. 21 Jan. UNN. “Naftogaz of Ukraine” blames the increase in payment for gas in homes where no meters are installed, businessman Dmitry Firtash and the Ministry of fuel and energy. It is reported by UNN with reference to the statement of “Naftogaz of Ukraine” in Facebook.
According to energy companies, houses that do not have gas meters, pay monthly an amount equivalent to 9.8 cubic meters of gas to the face, however this rate decreased to 3.3 in connection with the distribution of electrical home appliances which displaced gas.
“However did this is obviously a violation of procedure, because the gas companies Firtash was able to cancel the reduction of the norms in court in August 2018. And now for those who use gas only for the stove and has no counter, again acting crazy norm of 9.8 cubic meters per person. And there are families all over the country more than 3 million!” – reported in “Naftogaz of Ukraine”.
It is noted that due to trial and lose “inaction of the Ministry” citizens whose homes are not ustanovlen gas meters will pay according to the old norms that do not correspond to real costs of gas for one person.
According to the report of the national energy company, the energy Ministry has prepared a new resolution, but it still contains excessive norm of a payment for gas that “will allow passbytes to download extra money from people who do not have gas meters.”
Also in the “Naftogaz of Ukraine” said that the energy Ministry wants the company to write-off debts of the regional gas companies, which make up about UAH 10 billion

Earlier UNN reported that the people of Kiev received bills for gas with higher amounts as the court reversed the decrease in the rate of gas consumption.
