The Church is located on the territory of the Military Academy. The parishioners complain that the Abbot not only went against the will of believers who insist on the transition to the PCU, but also took from the temple some valuable icons.

The Archpriest of the Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius Sergey Dmitriev in Odessa since the beginning of 2019 can’t get to the Military Academy, where there is a temple, reports “Duma”.

According to the newspaper, the believers already made the decision to move the parish in the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, which is not supported by the parish priest. It soon became clear that he carried from the premises of the Church a few icons and only after that it stopped to let on the territory of the Academy.

In turn, the ROC took the opportunity and filmed a propaganda video about the “persecuted priest” – there under disturbing music, he laments the fact that he could not “get into place”.

Recall that the first temple in the Baltsky region of Odessa region started the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, the parishioners tried to intimidate the ROC “Turkish slavery.”
