In Kharkov, a citizen of Iraq, killed a neighbor in a communal apartment
KIEV. 19 Jan. UNN. Kharkiv police detained 48-the summer citizen of Iraq, who in an alcohol intoxication beat to death a neighbor in the communal apartment. About it reported in Department of communications of the police in Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
“On 1 January in the Kharkiv city clinical hospital of emergency medical aid from the place of residence was delivered by 83-year-old man with injuries, who died in hospital from his injuries. During the preliminary investigation, the employees of the suburban police Department found that the injuries to the victim were struck 48-year-old citizen of Iraq. Being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, in the corridor of a communal apartment, he made a quarrel with his neighbor. On the basis of personal hostile relations, the attacker beat the victim feet and hands to the torso and face,” the message reads.
Note that the foreigner is reported about suspicion in Commission of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine and elected a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days. To the malefactor threatens till 10 years of imprisonment.
As reported UNN, earlier, the body of the victim with signs of violent death was found near the house in the Dnipro district of the capital. Criminal proceedings are begun.
