Three companies – “Ekoflot”, “Tug Service”, “Prime Agency” – which claim to market towing services in Odessa, founded by Russian businessman Andrei Marisov that in the summer of 2002 he was arrested in Italy as part of an operation against the Russian mafia, writes the “Capital”

In 2017, after publications in the media about abuses at the port and caused the state the loss of tens of millions of hryvnia, the Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region began pre-trial investigation about the delivery of public tows in rent “Ekoflot” at low rates, the authors note.

Instead of “Ekoflot” entered the market of LLC “Prime Agency” is a company with the same founders – Svetlana Krivosheino and Victor by Ukanovi and registered at the same address in Odessa, Customs square, 1A, the newspaper writes. The journalists analyzed tender documents for maintenance of ships in other ports and found that the “Prime Agency” to confirm the experience of providing such services has made a contract with “Ekoflot”.
