“I will declare national mourning on the day chosen by the family as the day of the funeral of Pavel Adamovich,” said Duda.

The mayor of Warsaw, rafał Trzaskowski, in turn, decided to declare the capital for three days of mourning (from 15 to 17 January) in memory of their fallen colleagues from Gdansk.

“I decided that Warsaw will honor the memory of mayor Paul Adamovich, who died today, a three-day mourning period 15-17 January,” Trzaskowski wrote on Twitter.

In addition, on Monday evening in Warsaw Cathedral to host funeral mass.
