KIEV. January 12. UNN. Militiamen opened criminal proceedings due to the collapse of the unfinished metal construction in Kharkiv, which injured three women, reports UNN with reference to the Department of communication GU NP in the Kharkiv region.

“Investigators of the investigative Department of GU NP in Kharkiv region opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 272 (violation of safety rules during the execution of works with high risk) and part 2 St. 367 (negligence) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

At the moment police officers establish all the circumstances of the event. Perpetrators face imprisonment for the term up to 8 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
