Jim and prima will take part in Christmas race in biathlon

KIEV. 24 Dec. UNN. The traditional Christmas race, which is held annually at the “Veltins-Arena” in the German Gelsenkirchen on 29 Dec. Ukraine will be represented by Julia Jim and Artem prima, writes UNN with reference to the UA: Biathlon.
This year among the participants of the race will be the titled of the world’s top biathletes Darya Domracheva and OLE Einar Bjoerndalen who have already completed a career.
As of December 24 at the Christmas race declared these 10 pairs of men:
1 – Denise Hermann and Simon Schempp (Germany)
2 – Vanessa Hinz and Erik lesser (Germany)
3 – Lisa Theresa Hauser and Dominic Landertinger (Austria)
4 – Dorothea Wierer and Lukas Hofer (Italy)
5 – Ekaterina Yurlova-Perchta and Anton Shipulin (Russia)
6 – Julia Jim and Artem prima (Ukraine)
7 – anais Bescond and Emilien Jaklen (France)
8 – Veronika Vitkova and Michal Krcmar (Czech Republic)
9 – Fuyuki, Tachizaki and Mikita, Takezaki (Japan)
10 – Darya Domracheva (Belarus) and OLE Einar Bjoerndalen (Norway)
Interestingly, OLE Einar Bjoerndalen is the only athlete who won the Christmas race four times with three different partners between 2003 and 2006 inclusive. In 2007, together with the dependent Berger he nearly won his fifth victory, but in the end finished second.
Ukrainians triumphed at the Christmas races twice. In 2008, won a couple Oksana Khvostenko and Andriy Deryzemlya and in 2014 – Valentina Semerenko and Sergei Semenov.
