In Odessa, the court partially overturned the seizure of children’s camp “Victoria”, namely, the arrest of stone buildings which it was decided to provide the use of troops in time of military emergency.
About it reported in a press-service of the Kiev district court of Odessa.
In particular, at the hearing it was established that the soldiers plan to use only stone buildings of the sanatorium, “which excludes the possibility of effects on other objects of real estate.”

“Having considered the petition, the court granted it. Thus, the arrest is part of the property, namely stone buildings”, – stated in the message.
As explained in court, the arrest is only the stone buildings of the sanatorium. The seizure of the wooden house and the scene of the fire and the deaths of children, remained without changes.
Earlier, the Odessa city Council took the decision to transfer children’s health and sports camp “Victoria” the temporary use of military personnel for placement of personnel.
