The decision was made in connection with the difficult situation in the Black and Azov seas after the seizure by Russian soldiers of Ukrainian seafarers and ships in the Kerch Strait.
Navigation of small size vessels on water objects is closed from 1 December / photo GPSW Odessa and Odessa region on 1 Dec prohibited in the Black sea of small boats.
As reported the UNIAN in a press-service of the Odessa border detachment of the southern regional government of state frontier service of Ukraine, considering the difficult situation in the Black and Azov seas, the seizure by Russian soldiers of Ukrainian seafarers and ships, against the citizens of Ukraine and now a possible similar provocations.
It is noted that navigation of small size vessels on water objects is closed from December 1 and out on the water on small boats is prohibited.

Stresses that citizens must adhere to the requirements of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the border regime” and the order of MIA of Ukraine “On approval of the additional temporary security restrictions in controlled border areas.”
As UNIAN reported earlier, in connection with the aggressive actions of Russia, which seized three Ukrainian warships in the area of the Kerch Strait, 26 November the Verkhovna Rada adopted the decree of the President about introduction of martial law in several regions of Ukraine for 30 days.
Introduced in Vinnytsia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Odesa, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson areas, and also in the internal waters of the Azov-Kerch water area until December 26th.
