47% of Germans want the resignation of the Merkel – poll

47% nemtsv would like to German Chancellor Angela Merkel had resigned before the expiration of his tenure. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by YouGov by order of the Agency dpa.

It is noted that the rating Merkel could be the result of her not quite successful struggle to create a coalition following the recent elections in Germany. According to nearly half of Germans, the current Chancellor needs to resign before the next elections, scheduled for 2021.

All respondents were 2036 people. Of these, only 36% expressed support for Merkel as Chancellor and would not want her to resign.

According to previous YouGov survey, which was conducted immediately after the elections to the Bundestag, resignation, Merkel wanted 36% of the respondents.

On 25 December it was reportedthat President Emmanuel macron took the 34th place in the rating of popular men in France by Le Figaro.
