Zhebrivskyi: ORDO owed for electricity of 3.9 billion UAH

The head of the Donetsk regional military-civil administration Pavlo zhebrivskyi said that the debt of the occupied territories of the region for electricity of 3.9 billion UAH. He reported about it in Facebook.

“The key issue where we need the decision of the government, the debt on the uncontrolled territories: 5,6 UAH debt for the electric power – 3.9 billion owed to the uncontrolled territory of Ukraine without the government’s decision we are not able to cope with this issue,” said zhebrivskyi.

According to him, the acute problem of blocking of accounts of the municipal enterprises of the old debt.

“Now account Water of Donbass and kommunenergo blocked it on fines and penalties,” he said.

The head of the Donetsk regional state administration added that today, the calculations of the residents at 111%.

“When you receive payment subsidies and incentives for gas from the state, will reach 143%, for electricity – more than 100%,” said zhebrivskyi.

On 23 April it was reportedthat the Luhansk energy Association, which is holding Energy standard of Konstantin Grigorishin, said the termination of the supply of electricity to the astronomical clock since April 25.

The Deputy Minister on the issues of the temporarily occupied territories and IDPs Georgy Tuka said that Luhansk energy Association has a duty to SE Energorynok in the amount of 5.2 billion. The amount of debt is conventionally divided between the government-controlled area and the uncontrolled roughly in half.

The DNI and LC – terrorist organizations seized with the support of the Russian Federation of the Donetsk and Lugansk region of Ukraine. Both organizations created, funded and maintained by Russia, where, among other things, the terrorists are getting fighters, trainers, and heavy equipment, weapons, ammunition, and fuel.
