Trump and Putin in Vietnam was limited to a handshake

The President of the United States Donald trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin exchanged a handshake at the summit of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation in Vietnam. It is reported Reuters.

According to the report, earlier, the White house said that the official meeting will not.

Trump and Putin smiled and stood next to each other for the traditional group photo. Then they broke up and during the reception, sat at a table far away from each other, according to the Agency.

“With regard to the scheduled formal meetings, the schedule is no one, and we do not expect that they will appear”, – said the press Secretary of the White house Sarah Sanders reporters for a few minutes before landing trump in da Nang.

November 9, the Russian foreign Ministry said that Putin and trump will meet, likely on Friday. Soon followed by a rebuttal from the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson, who saidthat the parties find out whether the presidents enough topics to discuss tete-a-tete, or meet makes no sense.
