Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy paruby said that the fines for absence of deputies at sessions of Parliament saved about 3 million. About the speaker announced in an interview with Focus, answering a question about attendance deputies of sessions of the Verkhovna Rada.

“When I headed the Parliament, this issue was very serious, now the situation has changed dramatically”, – said Parubiy. In his words, “the problem remains, but it no longer threatens the normal work of the Parliament”.

“I think we have achieved this through fines and publishing the names of absentees. On penalties saved about 3 million UAH”, – said Parubiy.
