The OSCE was found to have not taken away the militants “Grad” and howitzers

Observers of the Special OSCE monitoring mission say about the discovery not taken away fighters from the separation line of rocket launchers of volley fire “Grad” and other heavy equipment. This is stated in the OSCE report for the period from 19:30 on 10 January at 19:30 on January 11.

“Outside the government’s control areas, observers recorded 1 reactive system of volley fire (MLRS; BM-21 “Grad” 122 mm), which was moving in a northerly direction into fields near the village Kackar, 13 towed howitzers (D-30 “Frog”, 122 mm) near the village of novooleksandrivka, and 34 MLRS (BM-21) about 6 km South-East of the city Miusynsk,” said to the SMM.

The OSCE also reported that on the territory controlled by Ukraine, was obnarujeny mortar (M-120-15 “Hammer”, 120 mm) near the village of Talakovka, and two fixed towed howitzer (2A65 “Msta-B” 152 mm) on site in the village of Pryvillya, which had to be withdrawn from the demarcation line.

“In the Donetsk region, the Mission observed a similar level of violations of the cease-fire, when compared with the previous reporting period, at the same time fixing a greater number of explosions – about 620 against roughly 410” – said the OSCE.

At the Lugansk direction of the front observers noted an increase in the number of violations of the ceasefire regime in comparison with the previous report (42 blast vs. 4, respectively).
