The EU will impose sanctions against involved in gimatecan in Syria – Johnson

The European Union will impose sanctions against 16 Syrians, who were involved in the use of chemical weapons against civilians. this was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of great Britain , Boris Johnson before the meeting of the foreign Ministers of the EU countries, informs Agency Associated Press.

Those who fall under the sanctions, travel ban and freeze assets.

Johnson said that the imposition of sanctions, “demonstrates the determination of the UK and other friends in Europe” to counter chemical attacks in Syria.

April 4 in the city of Khan shaykhun in the Syrian province of Idlib pre-regime forces of Bashar al-Assad, supported by the Kremlin, was caused to the air strike with chemical weapons – sarin gas. The victims of the attack, according to different data, were from 70 to 100 people, including about 30 children.
