SUV Polaris MRZR X — Autonomous “workhorse” of the corps

The exhibition AUVSI unmanned systems company Polaris announced the creation of a robotic Autonomous vehicle MRZR X, designed to assist infantry units in the cargo area of operations.

The car uses a robotic module M-RAK developed by Applied Research Associates. MRZR X combines software with a set of sensors and support systems of autonomy. The car can run completely independently, to follow in column behind the leading transport, to provide remote control or assist the driver.

Versatility MRZR X combined with the ability to change the appearance allow it to be used as a robotic “mule” on the field of battle, Autonomous vehicle supply, rescue, logistics support, emergency medical care.
