Juncker said that the European economy has fully recovered from the crisis and continues to grow, which opens for EU new prospects, but it is important not to miss the opportune moment to take advantage of new opportunities.

“I strongly support the transition to the adoption of qualified majority decisions on issues such as consolidated corporate tax base, VAT, taxes on digital industry and financial transactions. Europe must be able to act quickly and decisively,” added Mr Juncker.

Touched the head of the European Commission and the issue of cyber attacks, which “can be dangerous for the stability of democracies and economies than even the guns and tanks”.
