In Nigeria, female suicide bombers committed a terrorist attack: 12 dead

In Nigeria 12 people died and 11 were injured in the attack in Borno state in the North-East of the country. According to police, the attack was made, five women suicide bombers, reports Reuters.

The explosions occurred on Sunday evening, June 18, in the village of Kuf, 8 km from the capital of Borno, Maiduguri. The first bomber blew himself up near a mosque, killing seven people. The second explosion, which killed five, thundered in the house. The attacks wounded 11 people.

Also the police reports on the suicide bombing of three more women, but in their cases there were no casualties.

Responsibility for the attack while anybody on itself did not take. However, Reuters reports, the use of female suicide bombers is typical for Islamist group Boko Haram, terrorising Borno last eight years.

8 June 2017 , it was reportedthat Nigerian Maiduguri in an attack by Boko Haram fighters killed 14 people, another 24 were injured.
