Election of the President of the Czech Republic: pre-leader Zeman

According to preliminary estimates of the votes in the first round of presidential elections in the Czech Republic is the leader of the Pro-Russian candidate Milos Zeman. This was reported in the broadcast of Czech television.

Under estimated at the moment the ballots, the current President of the Czech Republic is gaining 39.3 percent of the votes. In second place – the scientist Jiri Dragos, the third – a former diplomat Paul Fisher.

Voter turnout in the elections was about 60%.

In October 2017, Zeman statedthat it is possible to legalize the capture of Russia Ukrainian Crimea in exchange for compensation to Ukraine.
